From now till December 15th, Tampa Tuning is offering a Saturday dyno tuning out the door price special with the dyno time included.

To dyno tune a Camaro from stock to bolt ons the cost is $350.00

To dyno tune a Camaro with aftermarket internals (cam) $420.00

To dyno tune a Camaro with Forced Induction $500.00

Tampa Tuning will performance:
Read and reprogram your PCMs settings and perform real time scan diagnostics for the best results
Increase power enrichment rate mode
Examine and change timing tables for additional horsepower & torque gain
Optimize your vehicle’s Air and Fuel Ratio monitored with a wideband
Reduction of Intake Air Temperature table (heat soak prevention)
Desired rev limiter adjustments
Park, neutral, and in- gear idle adjustments with and without A/C active as needed
Adjust power enrichment delay
Engine torque management system reduced
Transmission torque management system reduced
Transmission shift points enhanced
Transmission shift times reduced
Transmission shift firmness enhanced
Skip shift deleted (CAGs 1st to 4th shift)
Fuel injector rescaling for aftermarket injectors
Cooling fan activation temperature recalculated
Perform speedometer recalibration for rear gear ratio and tire size change
Turn off check engine light and remove trouble codes
Neutralize rear oxygen sensors that cause CEL
Idle calibration
Start up airflow calibrated
Long Term Fuel Trims dialed in
Open and closed loop calibration for optimized results
Disable Displacement on Demand ( AFM)
...and other performance calibrations to achieve maximum safe results

Man,
im getting alot of feed back, I didnt realize how much guys were over paying for dyno tuning.
You cant tune a car with just a couple pulls :lol:

Tampa Tuning is back to normal pricing and what a week it was

For the guys that I havent had a chance to get back to, Im sorry but ive been swampped. Here's what Tampa Tuning Dyno tuned:

2006 Z06 small cam and no bolt ons 530 RWHP


2011 totally stock L99 A6 Camaro with 87 oct. 337RWHP /365 TQ


2010 L99 Camaro with bolt ons 378 RWHP/ 396 TQ


Stock 2009 C6 Corvette A6 with only a vararam 407 RWHP / 410 TQ


2010 Cammed Camaro and bolt ons 6 sp 480 RWHP /437 TQ

I dont really look at your dyno numbers as much as I look at my HP Tuners scanner is telling me your car is running right and staying rich and in a safe zone. Click on the below picture for how I see your car.

These guys are one of the premier tuners out there, not some douche trying to live on the past glory of an also-ran name.
If you need a tune and can get there, go for it!

I see these shops pop up all the time. They come and go. They have to travel all over the place to make money which tells me their shop is FK'd up.
Then they run up their debt, and close the doors........with your parts inside.

I tune because I love it. I dont have to make a killing off people or do the traveling tune and run program.

The guys that have to travel tune just dont have a client base locally and if you use a traveling tuner and dont like what they did, your screwed for a couple months till they return.

Hey Phil can you PM me a price for some service? I need it again cause of my headers are now installed and I think I'm running rich. Prolly need some timing adjustment also. I've been so **** busy seems like I haven't had 10 mins to myself.

Would it be possible to set me up on the rollers and let me run it and do the tuning. ....rent it for a hr or 2?

It probably won't be for are least a year since the car is still in pieces, but it would be nice to know where I can go when its all done. The last place I went to I think is shut down.. :( sucks because they where really close to Lutz.
