It's premature to break out the bubbly now in celebration of the UAW's tentative contract deal with Ford Motor Co., the last in the most important round of labor talks in the history of Detroit's giant auto companies. Ford's rank-and-file workers still must ratify the deal. That said, let's tip our caps to some people who showed real leadership, taking huge risks and making tough calls to get things this far.
