Most cars seized in felony cases are worn and ratty, but not the one used by the Plainfield Police Department’s Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.) program. The Chicago suburb’s D.A.R.E. ride: a 2000 Dodge Viper GTS.

im sure that D.A.R.E doesnt stand for drugs. stands for i dare you to try and outrun me.
