I am looking to find a nice cheap 5 speed car for me to learn on and such, I wanted your opinion on this car:

Basically you can stuff a Chevy LS-Series motor into those with ease, and they're so light, they haul ass.

Looks like a good deal. Notchbacks are always in demand, so it would be easy to re-sell when the time comes.
